Q: Hours of access?

A: 6 am to 10 pm every day

Q: What is the inside height of units?

A: All 10x10 foot units and larger have an 8 ‘ inside height, door opening is 6’7”, door width is 8’8”.

Q: Do you insure the contents of our unit?

A: No, it is the tenant’s responsibility

Q: Can I store a vehicle in the unit?

A: Yes, the unit must have thick cardboard or wood under any vehicle, lawn equipment, etc.

Q: Do you have security?

A: Yes, our facility is gated and completely fenced. We have video cameras and a lighted entrance with tenant access only with code at the gate pad.

Q: Do you supply the lock?

A: No, you can purchase your own or we sell them.

Q: Do you mail monthly bills?

A: No, we do send out courtesy rent reminders via e-mail at the end of the month.

Q: Do I get a discount if I pay in advance?

A: Yes, 6 months in advance gets 2 weeks free & one year in advance gets the 13th month free

Q: Can you automatically debit my credit card monthly?

A: No, we only take cash and checks, but if you pay bills on line with your bank you can set us up on your recurring monthly bills.

Q: Do you have truck rentals?

A; Yes, Penske Truck Rental and reservations are necessary.

Q: What size trucks are available for rental?

A: We rent Penske Trucks and their sizes are 16’ and 26’ for local use and one-ways available in 12’, 16’, 22’ and 26’ trucks.  We rent Cargo van and Box Trucks up to 26’.

Q: What are the rates for the trucks?

A: Please contact us for a quote.

Q: What is the earliest/latest pick up time for truck rentals?

A: Our earliest pick up time is Monday through Saturday 8 am, Sunday 9 am.

The latest pickup is Monday through Saturday 4:30 pm and Sundays 11:45 am.

Q: Do the trucks have lift gates or ramps?

A: Trucks can be reserved with lift gate or ramp equipment upon request for local moving only. One way rentals are not outfitted with lift gates, but they always have ramps except the 12’ truck.

Q: Is there any additional equipment that comes with the rental?

A: No, hand trucks and pads can be added to your rental agreement for a fee.

Q: What is available to pull a car?

A: We have two options available, tow dolly for front wheel drive cars and a car carrier with the car entirely off the ground. Please contact us with your car’s make, model and year to confirm your car’s towing capability.

Q: Is the truck transmission automatic?

A: Yes

A: Penske has an 800 number, with 24-7 call service.
